Tender Manager – Offshore Wind

As we are moving into the offshore wind industry, we see a need to strengthen our tender team. You will have the right mix between a technical background, experience from offshore installation campaigns and a commercial mind. to enhance our commercial impact in the offshore wind industry, and support across all OHT departments and business units.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordinate a multi discipline tender team
  • Liaise with partners, subcontractors etc.
  • Build profit & loss scenarios
  • Analyze tender documentation
  • Identify commercial opportunities
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Risk assessment
  • Report and explain project detail for internal/external approval.

Education

Preferably Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Relevant experience can compensate for lower education.

Skills

Below are some of the desirable skills we seek in our ideal candidate:

Excellent negotiation skills
Good communication skills (Norwegian and English)
Good knowledge of Office 365 and MS Office applications.

About OHT

OHT have also recently announced the addition of GustoMSC designed NG-14000XL-G jack-up installation vessels to their offshore wind T&I fleet. The first will be delivered in 2023. The jack-ups will be capable of installing the next generations of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG’s).
